She has experience working on internal audit engagements as well as two audit rotations in asset management. Tara has been in recruiting for 4+ years before transitioning to recruiting, she worked in Risk Assurance - Internal ControlsВ &В Risk Solutions. She leads PwCвЂ™s early talent identification programs Connect, Explore and Elevate in the Philadelphia office. Tara McIlhenny is a Manager on the Mid-Atlantic Talent Identification team, where she leads PwCвЂ™s sourcing efforts at Drexel University and educational institutions across the region.
